Here’s how it works. It’s just like any regular home listing experience. The only difference is that we won’t charge a cooperating broker fee in the MLS, and we’ll deal directly with your buyer. This means fewer showings by other brokers, but don’t worry! Your listing will still be presented and exposed in all the same places and websites as traditional listings, so buyers will be able to see your home. Most buyers even like to check out homes themselves and do a drive-by before contacting an agent. Our end goal is for the buyer to contact us directly, so we can arrange a showing and provide more information, saving both you and the buyer unnecessary real estate commissions.

- Instead of shelling out a hefty 6% or 7% for a Realtor Commission, you’ll only pay $8900 flat fee on the first $500,000 of your home sale and then an additional 1.5% on any sale price amount over $500,000 when it’s time to close the deal. Plus, you’ll have the benefit of working with just one real estate agent – your listing agent. No endless transaction coordinators and buyers agents and confusion as to who is doing what and what is going on and so on.
- Okay, let’s break it down. If your home sells for $600,000, our fee will be $8,900 for the first $500k, and then 1.5% of the amount ABOVE $500k. So that’s $1,500 plus $8,900, totaling $10,400. Compared to a 6% commission of $36,000, that’s a significant saving of $25,600!
- Here’s the cool part: We’ll be your Transaction Brokers, guiding you and the buyer through the whole process.
- We’ll help with negotiating the price, sorting out home inspections, financing, and getting you to that closing table. By doing all this, we’ll save you from having to inflate the home price to cover high commissions – a win-win for both the Seller and the Buyer!
